I had ordered the tyres online and finding the centre wasn’t too difficult.
They started pretty much straight away and I was there probably around an hour or so, free tea and coffee were provided.
I was keeping one tyre as a spare, and that was put in the boot, no problem.
However one wheel nut got broken, I was told it could be sorted out and the wheel was safe as it was.
I don’t know if I’m meant to get a replacement wheel nut and it’ll be put on for free, that wasn’t fully explained.
Though the actual buying and fitting of the tyres seemed a painless experience.

The fitter was good but Etyres have been a pain to deal with previously when I needed a refund so beware.

Ordered on the website. Found a local fitter and booked an appointment. All worked fine.

Purchased 2 tyres for £500 for delivery and fitting on Saturday 29th August, turned up at garage and they had not received the tyres.
Rang etyres and got AI, it confirmed order but nothing else, couldn't speak to human because Saturday and as bank holiday didn't get to speak to anyone until Tuesday.
When spoke to a human they told me the tyres were out of stock, this after taking my money and confirming a fitting slot, I needed my tyres done on the Saturday and because they were not done i had to change my plans.
If I had not rang etyres how long would it have taken for them to notify me that the tyres were out of stock, probably never as they had my money and they would have just left it until the tyres had come in to stock.
This really is crap service, how a company can take an order, take full payment, book a fitting slot without confirming that they have the tyres.
As they purchase the tyres from a different supplier and as they can't confirm stock levels then my money should be held as a deposit only to be taken once stock has been confirmed....
Will never use again...

Ordering was simple, only problem I had was the garage selected had home fitting as an option, which I chose, but that wasn’t the case. I spoke to the garage and arranged for my car to go in for the repair.
Garage were excellent.

So easy to use to choose, book and pay for tyres.

From beginning to end, ordering to fitting all went smoothly and well.

Waring Tyres were easy to contact on the phone accomodated my request for a change to the fitting date from the one I had put into the eTyres order.

The site is on the edge of Redditch with no eateries within walking distance, but the job was completed so quickly it was not a problem.

On time and done within 30 mins. Friendly team too

Out of town location great for avoiding busy roads. Very efficent fitter.

As I couldn't book a specific time slot, so I arrived early and waited. They were very busy but got started within 30 minutes and fitted 4 tyres in 45 minutes. The forecourt was crowded and my 7.4m motorhome only just fitted on.

Friendly efficient staff competed 4 wheel alignment without any fuss

Etyres kept me informed when the tyres were in stock via email. Happy with the tyres and the fitter was excellent.
Highly recommend this company.

Ordered tyres and made appointment. Garage said tyres had not arrived and no record of tyres arriving . Called helpline and they said would return call or email. No email or call was received. No further communication and now will need to take action to recover close to £400. I have additionally wasted a significant amount of time and will need to reorder from another company.

I bought my tyres online, chose the garage I wanted them to use to fit my tyres, booked the date and time on line then visited the garage on the date and time and had them fitted. No hassle just great service from E-tyres and the garages that use them

Competitive price but not great at notifying accurately when tyres will be delivered plus confirmation of order by email.

Ordered tyres, booked for the Monday, the selected garage knew nothing about the order only to find out Etyres couldn’t fulfill order as they were out of stock. Only found out when I called them and after silence on the phone throughout the call. Now to wait 6 days for refund. Would never use them again. I’ll stick with black circles.

Took my money gave me an appointment day before my mot and then cancelled a day later!! Leaving me in the lurch & 4 days later still not got my refund.

Arrived at my agreed timeslot and, after checking that my e-tyres had arrived, the two fitters got me straight in. Both front tyres were replaced in no time.
