I have ordered from this company several times and always been very happy but it was after a recent order when I mistakenly received the wrong size that I contacted customer services. Gareth was excellent, replying to my emails promptly and providing a solution I was more than happy with!
Excellent customer service

I was looking for a harness for my giant breed dog (Newfoundland) after he injured his neck and we couldn't use his usual collar.
He is already recovering from major leg surgery so he has to walk as part of his rehab BUT cannot be allowed to walk too quickly!
I wanted one that was a Y shape (the other kinds I had read restrict their natural movements and can cause shoulder problems) was padded nicely to make it comfortable, had a front clip to reduce to pulling, was easy to get on and off and was the kind that didn't need tension on the lead to stay up so that when he can go off his lead again it will still be suitable.
I asked in several dog Facebook groups and this brand was recommended by a lot of people and luckily I found the design I liked was reduced in the xl!
Used it last night for the first time and it worked well.
My only suggestions for improvement would be a next day delivery option as we were in the position of being unable to walk our boy until we got a harness as we couldn't use his usual collar so we had to buy a different harness to use temporarily until this one arrived, which with the weekend in between took 6 days.
Also a larger or extra front clip to attach a light or tags would be a bonus! (with giant breeds a light up tag on the back doesn't work as well as they're higher up!)
I would also like the option of plain colours and a waterproof leather type fabric as I think our boys will get them muddy very quickly! but I understand that most people will be drawn to the fun designs!

I've been using aluminium free deodorants for many years but not all of them have been effective! I've been using Wild for a few years now and it keeps me smelling fresh all day no matter what I'm doing. The real test was on holiday where temperatures hit 39c and we were hiking up mountains. I was literally dripping with sweat but still no B.O!
Love the difference fragrances too.
My only criticism is I've had a few of the cases that have stopped working and had to buy new ones

One of my products was faulty when it arrived. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and Sarah was fantastic and after after seeing the photos she issued a replacement straight away. Excellent customer service

Had to battle for 6 months to get a claim approved as they kept saying it could be linked to a pre existing condition as there was never a definite diagnosis. Eventually after 6 months and lots of emails and phone calls with them and the vets our vet wrote an email stating categorically that it was not linked and they paid.
Hopefully they won't be this difficult with future claims or we'll be moving our 5 pets elsewhere!

I have been shopping with QVC for 25 years now. They have some fantastic brands and often have exclusive products that you can't buy elsewhere. The easy pay option is always useful especially for larger orders and it's interest free.
I've always found their customer service to be excellent if I have ever had any problems and returning items is straightforward if you need to.

I have been a customer for 9 years now and the products are fantastic quality. They may seem a bit more expensive but they're so much more effective than other brands and they last for ages so are actually cheaper than even supermarket brands.
It's great to have the 60 guarantee too!
