I have found CurrencyFair to be exceptionally good on both efficiency and price after my move to France. BUT ! I was very annoyed when recently one of the staff insisted that I tell her how much I sold my house for in the U.K. even though I had supplied proof of it being sold. She then informed me that I could not make any more large transfers until I supplied such information. I know they have certain responsibilities in the transfer of large amounts but I consider her request to be too inquisitive and unnecessary and quite frankly nobody's business but my own.
