The delivery driver went out of his way to make the delivery as easy as possible for us. We live on a narrow road and yet he managed to get the truck into our driveway which is a lot harder than it sounds. Then he assisted my partner in delivering the palate directly inside the garage toward needed to go.

The right product was dispatched quickly, arrived on time and was as described.

I ordered three hill walking t-shirts from regatta. They arrived quickly and well packed. The quality of the t-shirts is okay. They are a little bit lighter than I might have expected.

Pretty good experience. There was something confusing about paying on the website but it worked out fine. Guitar was dispatched quickly and took a week to be delivered to Ireland. Packaging was only adequate. The guitar box was simply wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic. Nothing was damaged en route but I think an additional strong box would be better (as thoman does) the guitar was as described. Action was a bit high so I replaced the bridge with a bone one and lowered the action.

An order of tyres, tubes and other stuff arrived well packed and on time. Can't fault the service.

Great service and quickly and efficiently chased up the courier when delivery was not made on the scheduled day. The courier from breen that actually did deliver (unlike the first one who didn't phone or knock) was particularly helpful.

Flowers were as described and arrived on the right date. All good.

I had some reservations on using luzerntech/Wicklo as the rating on here wasn't the best but I was ordering only a single lens and took the risk. As it worked out I got an acknowledgement quickly. Then an email with tracking number came and the lens arrived quickly (to Ireland) and well packed.

I ordered an A6300 and two lens from these guys (€996) A tracking number came out quickly and the items arrived about 7 working days later. They were well packaged and protected. The camera is working fine. It's almost certainly a grey import but I haven't checked yet. A big saving on the high street price.

Don't buy an Umi.

I bought an Umi Plu E for my partner in April, 2017. The specs look great. But it arrived with a mark on the screen and the camera was not very good. Then the battery started to swell up and was bending the case and screen. The seller and Umi themselves have been no help at all. Umi didn't reply while the seller, coolicool, (which shipped from Spain) wouldn't even supply a replacement battery. I ordered a new battery for the phone independently from China but when fitted the screen wouldn't light up. The phone with the new battery is "working" as when I connect to a computer I can see the phone and retrieve the data. Also the charging LED lights up but the screen does not. Lots of people have these issues. Google "umi black screen" and "umi swollen battery". Better stick with a reputable company and avoid Umi.

I purchased an Umi E Pro 6GB from Coolicool in April 2017. First the positives: They communicated well and shipped the phone from Europe well packed and it arrived in good order.

Then the negative: The phone has developed a problem where the battery has swollen and bends the screen considerably. The sim card tray can no longer be ejected due to the case and display distortion. Coolicool offer a warranty but the warranty claims that it is applied in Asia and so I have to ship the phone to Asia. That would be costly but in fact I can't ship it at all as the postal service won't handle the phone with a lithium battery inside. The battery is not user removable (without disassembling the phone). The result is that Coolicool wash their hands of it. I've suggested that they supply a battery but they won't do that - so I've ordered one from aliexpress.

I see online that other Umi phones also have this swelling battery issue and that Umi won't deal with it either as they refer you to the seller. I tried contacting Umi but didn't even receive a reply. I recommend avoiding the Umi brand and the Coolicool experience.

Update: The battery arrived with tools and was fitted and works. Unfortunately the screen was too damaged by the swollen battery and doesn't work. The phone itself works insofar as I can connect it to the computer and rescue data but now I'd need to purchase a new lcd to make it usable.

Coolicool suggest below that I contact them with an order number. However, I had already gone this route before posting the review. That is why I'm aware (from the postal service) that I can't ship the battery alone or the phone with battery - and that although the phone is shipped from Spain, Coolicool insist that the damaged phone be shipped to Hong Kong.

I ordered 2 pairs of chenille curtains with the drop altered and they arrived reasonably quickly (maybe 2 weeks). Well packaged and priced and they do the job fine.

I'd happily use the company again
