Very disappointing experience. I paid QuadraBay for degree equivalence but my application was closed after 15 days without providing any result. They said they could not complete it due to no reponse from University within their agreed timeframe. I paid for a service I did not receive and I am now requesting a refund. Think carefully before paying to Quadrabay. I also tried to contact customer support team but no success.

I am writing this review in hopes of reaching senior management or customer support at QuadraBay to help resolve a critical delay with my degree verification application (Ref: MOHESR150826507598).

My application was submitted on August 15, 2026, with a given Estimated Delivery Date of September 3, 2026. As confirmed by my university department and shown on the tracking portal, the primary "VERIFYING DEGREE" step has already been successfully completed.

The application is currently stuck on "PREPARING REPORT & CHECKING QUALITY / Under Review."

Because the estimated completion date has passed, this delay is creating an extremely severe situation for me. My employer is repeatedly requesting the final equivalency certificate, and any further delay directly puts my employment at risk of termination.

I kindly request the QuadraBay team to expedite the final quality check and release my verification report immediately. I am available to provide any additional details if required.

Its been 4 weeks my application is still not complete and now i have been telling that my university is not giving any response i have contacted them they are telling that they got request only yestersay on 31-08-2026. please see my application no MOHESR090826501781 and reopen the application and do the needful as soon as possible i needed equivaleny certificate for my visa renew process this week.

They do not have any sense of responsibility for any of the application or process that is submitted.y application is stuck with them for past 3 weeks with no response or no one to contact.
Very disappointed with the way they are handling the whole process and will not recommend anyone to approach them for any service.

I submitted my qualification verification application (MOHESR140726486265) through QuadraBay on 14 July 2026 and regularly monitored the status through the tracking portal. For several weeks, the system indicated that my application was in the final stages of verification, so I patiently waited for the process to be completed.

During this period, several of my friends from the same university received their equivalency certificates, even though they had submitted their applications after mine. Concerned about the delay, I contacted QuadraBay via email and was eventually informed that my application had been closed because my university had not responded within the required timeframe despite multiple follow-up requests.

I then contacted MOHESR, who advised that the application was not permanently closed and could be reconsidered if the university provided the required response. Upon contacting my university on 14 August 2026, I was informed that they had already responded to QuadraBay and had requested a verification fee. However, I had never been informed by QuadraBay that any payment was required.

After learning this, I immediately coordinated with my university, paid the required fee, and the university subsequently sent the requested documents and official confirmation to QuadraBay on 21 August 2026. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and providing supporting information, I received little to no communication regarding the status of my case.

"We would like to inform you that your notes/comments have been attached to the subject, and the relevant party has been contacted to follow up and complete the required procedures regarding your issue. Once the procedures are completed, you will be informed of the outcome immediately.
Since there is a waiting period for a response from the concerned party, we ask for a little more patience until the matter is completed. We will continue to review your request until any additional action from their side is completed."

Throughout this process, MOHESR was responsive and helpful, providing updates and escalating the matter for further review. Their support and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated during a difficult and stressful period.

My main concern with QuadraBay is the lack of timely communication and transparency. If applicants are required to take action, such as paying a verification fee to their university, they should be informed promptly. Clear communication and regular updates would significantly improve the customer experience.

I am still awaiting the final outcome of my case and remain hopeful that it will be resolved. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend QuadraBay's service at this time.

If I can give less than one star I would have done it
Avoid this company at all costs, its either they are super unprofessional or its a scam, my bet its a scam as I've never seen anything like that. They don't answer the phone, live chat will resolve on it sown after you waiting hours to be connected to an agent and God be with you if you are waiting for them to reply on your emails.

Just save your money and go with any other service provider

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and delay in processing my application. The estimated delivery date has been revised several times—initially 21 August 2026, followed by 22 August, 24 August, and 27 August. The current status now shows 15 August 2026 as the estimated delivery date, which has already passed.

My application is still showing “Under Review – Processing your application (Result)”, and as of 31 August 2026, I have not received the result or any meaningful update.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact the team through email, the customer service landline, and the “Chat with Us – AI” service, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a simple employment reference check and it still has not been initiated. I tried calling Quadrabay but cant get through, and every email they send is a robotic copy-paste response.

I am an international applicant and have gone through employment screening for several roles in the past. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence from a verification provider. A basic employment reference check should not take this long, especially when I have already provided clear documentation and explanations in writing that have simply been ignored in favour of the same generic response.

Extremely Poor Service – No Communication and Unacceptable Delays
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I submitted my college certificate equivalency request on 28 July 2026, and the estimated completion date was initially 17 August. The date was then changed to 24 August
Today is 30 August, and I am still waiting for my result with absolutely no clear explanation or meaningful update.

What makes the situation even worse is the lack of customer support. The live chat can take 5–6 hours to respond, and sometimes there is no response at all. Emails and phone calls have also gone unanswered despite repeated attempts to contact them.

All the required steps on my application have been completed. I am only waiting for the final result, yet nobody can tell me when it will actually be issued.

This level of delay, poor communication, and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, especially when people depend on these equivalency results for their education, employment, and other important deadlines.

I have been dealing with QuadraBay since 10 July 2026. My first application was closed because I was told my educational institution had not responded. Later, QuadraBay confirmed that the institution’s response had actually been received after the application was closed and instructed me to submit a new application and pay again.

I followed their instructions and submitted my second application. However, I was then told they were waiting for verification from the same institution again. On 24 August, QuadraBay once again confirmed that the institution’s response had been received and was under review.

I contacted my educational institution directly, and the responsible person confirmed that they had responded to all verification emails received. I was also informed that I am the fourth applicant who contacted them regarding difficulties with QuadraBay, while they have not experienced similar issues with other verification providers.

After weeks of contradictory updates, two applications, additional payment, and repeated follow-ups, I still have no clear completion timeframe.

I have now raised the matter with the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for review.

I urgently need my qualification recognition. I hope QuadraBay sees this review, identifies my applications from the reference numbers above, and finally provides a clear resolution without further delay.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

I am disappointed with the verification report issued for my application (MOHESR080826501341). The report states that my degree could not be verified due to no response from the issuing authority.
How can such a report be issued without successfully verifying my degree? I have genuinely completed my Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering from , affiliated with Anna University, a recognized university in India.
I also did not receive any communication or request for additional information during the verification process. This report is misleading and may negatively affect my professional credentials.

Quadrabay offers absolute worst-in-class service. My degree process took 9 months of constant delays and excuses. They blame the university for everything while their own agents demand bribes under the table. The agent assigned to my file was uncooperative, unresponsive, and completely ignored my case. Save yourself the stress and avoid Quadrabay entirely. I have just share what had happed with me to me.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service

My experience with QB LLC has been extremely disappointing. My certificate verification has been delayed for almost two months, even though my university has already responded to the verification request.

I have contacted the company several times by email, but I received no proper response or update. On one occasion, I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours, but no one contacted me and no action was taken.

A delay of almost two months after the university has already provided the required response is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I strongly hope QB LLC improves its customer service and handles verification cases in a more timely and professional manner.

Do not use at any cost, they are not responsive and they just tell me the process is close already and need to make another application.

Do not use at any cost, it took them six months to process my application and they never sent me a copy of my report and asked me to get it from the department of health.

Please no body should recommend this worthless company to any one,they must be closed.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Qurada Bay's incompetence and careless handling of my case resulted in a verification request being sent to the wrong email address. Instead of fixing the problem promptly, they kept wasting time, and in the end I lost 32,000 PKR because of their mistake.

No accountability, no proper support, and no concern for the customer's loss. When you are paying for a professional service, basic accuracy should be the minimum expectation, but apparently that is too much to ask from this company.

Avoid Qurada Bay at all costs. I would never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I submitted my degree verification application through QuadraBay on 3 July 2026. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to the delay, lack of communication, and closure of my case.

QuadraBay informed me that the required verification had not been received from my university. However, I contacted my university directly and was informed that they had responded to the verification request within the given timeframe. I have documentary evidence confirming that my university provided its response to the concerned department.

As I understand it, the verification was pursued through another verification company/third party, and the delay occurred during that process. Despite my university responding within the required timeframe, my case was eventually closed.

What is particularly concerning is that I have repeatedly tried to contact QuadraBay, explain the situation, provide the available evidence, and request that my case be reopened. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response or a proper opportunity to resolve the issue.

When submitting the application, I was not clearly informed that my case could be closed if the university verification was delayed, particularly when my university had actually responded within the required timeframe.

This verification is very important for my employment and visa process, and the prolonged delay and closure of my case are causing serious difficulties for me.

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and the evidence available to me. I sincerely hope QuadraBay will review my case fairly, consider the university's timely response, reopen my case, and provide a clear explanation and resolution.

I would strongly encourage QuadraBay to improve communication with applicants and ensure that applicants are not disadvantaged by delays occurring during third-party verification processes.
