Obligée d e m’adresser au vendeur, encore une fois. Malheureusement on ne sait que le vendeur utilise ce prestataire qu’une fois la commande payée… Par contre, je ne commanderai plus chez ces deux vendeurs, pour ne plus avoir à faire â Shop.

I am in the UK and have used Shop/Shopify to make buying goods easier. I have now deleted my account. There are no vetting checks done by this platform so a large number of scam, counterfeit and unscrupulous traders can sell their goods without any fear of recourse. As Shop/Shopify are based in Canada they simply do not care and will take no responsibility for you being scammed or remove a reported rogue seller. Always check the reviews of a specific seller on Trustpilot for anyone trading on the Shop/Shopify App or Website. A prime example is OutfitLondon (just check it out on Trustpilot) and you will get the picture. Paul

Dont use.. scam company. They don't reply to any messages or emails. The goods I purchased were poor quality.

I’ve been scammed two times on shop ! Bought a bird house from a supposedly retired military soldier, picture showed a really nice bird house with pole ! When it arrived in a box the size of a #2 pencil box i knew I had been scammed ! Cheap plastic toy ! $30 gone !
Second scam was a 250 anniversary license plate frame ! Frame was much smaller than the tag and was useless! It’s now a wall decoration ! $20 gone ! Shop wouldn’t even respond ! Deleted their app and learned another lesson, research the supplier and run like hell if from China and no history !

Absolutely horrible. Never accurate re deliveries. Basically a marketing app throwing ads in my face. Uninstaller it.

Every time I log in it says I have $20 waiting but it doesn't show on my order. Quite deceptive!

It is impossible to track a package without downloading their app.

Don’t buy anything from this app you pay them and don’t take any responsibility when you don’t receive anything. Then they refuse to correspond with you or help in anyway to speak to the seller I believe that theses companies don’t exist they made them up to steal money from customers

Shop you are are illegal not allowing customers to send back things when they were not even in transit. It IS ILLEGAL the company i bought from are helping me return People do NOT BUY ON SHOP

I purchased some hats through a company using Shop. The shop app would NOT supply info on the shipping of the product, which seemed odd. It just claimed my order was "being prepared". I emailed the website support email several times - and never heard anything back from them.

PLEASE - avoid websites using Shop; they're FAKE

TRASH! Every time there's question about an order Im told to contact the company, so what is SHOP in the middle for then if there's no help. Ordered from Rocarti for my 13 year old back to school shopping. Two weeks later still no tracking. Everything else ordered from other companies has been delivered. Reach out to SHOP and they hide behind that isn't their problem so to speak. Reach out to the company no response. DISPUTE! DELETING THE SHOP APP AND MY ACCOUNT. NEVER AGAIN!

Compré un reloj berni número de pedido BERNY26M08D0819215-B03 . Ese mismo día contacté con berny y la tienda y no aceptaron la devolución . Solo estoy esperando otro pedido para salir de esa plataforma donde no te dan seguridad como cliente . Amazon sigue siendo la mejor . Aún más cara pero con mejor seguridad. Si aprecias tu dinero no compres nada más es esa plataforma

I don’t know about yall, but i think it’s pretty good. I ordered my TADC, Chicken Nuggit (it’s spelled like that in the name..) and BFDI plushies from here, and my only complaints are that they sometimes take long to ship. I actually ordered another Pomni plush because i thought she never even would arrive.
