We had a delayed completion after selling our home through F&C Diss. This was due to delayed processing of funds further down the chain. (No fault of F&C)
Over the 24 hour period of uncertainty Chris Scott was so supportive and his experience and knowledge of processes was hugely reassuring during this stressful time. He was able to contact relevant people to ascertain exactly what the problem was and professionally push in order to expedite our completion. In a situation like that we were so pleased to have Fine & Country metaphorically ‘holding our hands’ and taking a lot of the stress from us. We really felt he ‘had our backs’ and his support was invaluable.

We sold our period property through Fine & Country Diss. They were more expensive than other quotes, especially as the initial marketing is paid in advance and not deductible from the percentage rate. However they do attract buyers from further afield and we accepted an offer very quickly. Tom from the Diss office was particularly helpful. I am now very pleased with our quartzize worktop overlay. Our worktops look beautiful and the work was carried out professionally and quickly.
We did have a problem in that our fairly new ceramic sink cracked when contractor removed it but the company agreed to replace it for us and this was completed within a short timeframe. Customers should be aware that this can be a problem and small print on contract says company will not be liable, however once customer care became involved response was very good and expedient.
Accidents can always occur but I have given company a 5* review because of the quality of the product and their response to rectifying problems.
Therefore I would recommend this company.

Child’s wooden kitchen for our 1 year old granddaughters birthday. Perfect gift, high quality and robust, I would say perfect age. Lovely rounded edges and utensils.

I would never use this company again, many others are cheaper and more reliable. They offer gift vouchers to be sent with the card, I ordered and paid for an Argos voucher and it was not sent with the card but 2 weeks later!
No indication that this would not be sent with card.

My 96 year old Father needed his iPad renewed as it no longer accepted shopping or banking apps and this took away his independence. I wanted to speak to somebody in person to ensure I got one most suitable for his requirements. The assistant at JL in Ipswich was excellent, he understood my Fathers needs and directed me to a model with the same format ( which was important) at a very good price and more than capable of meeting my Father’s requirements. Thank you JL - there are times when you need to speak to a sales assistant and I’ve never been disappointed.

Excellent communication and delivery. I was able to assembly single handed but some of the screws were difficult to access. Parts were well labelled and good quality furniture for the price.

Lovely showroom and very helpful staff. Delivered with care sooner than anticipated. A little disappointed with velvet, needs daily cleaning but seems robust. In hindsight I would not get a low back sofa again, looks good but not very comfortable for lounging.
