I ordered 2 mattresses on Aug 21. One arrived on Aug 22 and no sign of the other. After 3 customer service calls the second mattress finally arrived September 2.
The mattresses are very comfy and I do now have 2, however because of the nightmare of trying to get a replacement for the missing mattress, I decided to order the third mattress with another company.
