Absolutely useless. Product lost by DPD who said contact HP as they had to initiate call for a search!.contacted HP AI bot….useless. Finally got a person , who couldn’t help but gave me a phone number ( as is shown on line as well).Guess what…number not recognised.Net result no laptop and nobody prepared or able to look for it. HP…..hopeless
