can not access their website (myscoop) when i try to log in i get the question in a box that says "are you still there?" over and over 3 or 4 times when i press yes then boots me out ....tech agent can not fix it. felt like she had no idea what she was doing. this was from an email to renew my ins. so she sends me a email so i can pay my insurance instead of helping me. if that isn't a "Screw you, just give me your money, jerk. i do not know what is. when i first joined this ins company they were so nice... paid them, a year later this is the crap i got.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... utter disappointment here
