Poor LP packaging
Purchased two LPs which I can only be found online which I returned. Huge corner bend on the package translated inside and severely damaged the items. DHL or Postnord to blame I would expect. But, whilst oversized packaging is good for corner bumps, the package needs more stiffening than just the LPs inside. Unfortunately I will not buy from HHV again.

We're very sorry that the records arrived damaged. While damage during transit can unfortunately occur despite careful packaging, we understand how disappointing this is. We regret the inconvenience caused and are sorry that this experience did not meet expectations.
