This complaint is about the Steam scam. They claim vigorously that their software is secure but it is far from secured. I have recently had a virus or malware removed. While this malware found vulnerability that stole my steam session without any notifications of account verification of another device using my account. Steam support even sent me a link that lists all devices that were using my account and it clearly shows a list of users from around the world counted more than 10 different countries. One user even had the audacity to change my user name and icon. What this malware gain in hacking steam accounts is the use of real software id of paid games. The result was that one user was using cheats which caused one of my paid games to be VAC banned and I can no longer use it. This is hard earned money flushed into the toilet. Steam kept insisting their software is secured despite all evidence showing otherwise. I will never purchase another game through Steam as it would be a waste of money.
