Absolutely HORRIBLE company and customer service! I received completely different vials from those shown on their website/certificate, so I returned the package to the Netherlands on July 31st. The post office confirmed it was delivered — and 20 DAYS LATER, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!
They ignore my messages and calls and keep delaying everything. Funny how they respond immediately when they want your money, but disappear when it’s time to give it back.
DISGUSTING SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMERS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
