My package is stuck in transit, so I contacted the company to see if they could locate it. They sent me the same tracking number and have ignored my messages ever since.

Poor service; not something I would recommend to others.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company and customer service! I received completely different vials from those shown on their website/certificate, so I returned the package to the Netherlands on July 31st. The post office confirmed it was delivered — and 20 DAYS LATER, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!

They ignore my messages and calls and keep delaying everything. Funny how they respond immediately when they want your money, but disappear when it’s time to give it back.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMERS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Very bad , I ordered and they send me wrong things and not good stuff, I tried to talk to them thru whats app and did not help , they did not even send me the right amount!!

Just received my second order. Bottles came in a hard plastic case, with a box FULL of accessories! The quality is top notch and after a couple months, between the TB 500 and BPC 157, it looks like I will get to avoid a shoulder surgery and a 6 month recovery. Love these guys!

I had a very positive experience with this store. They were honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, because I live in a remote area of the Azores, Portugal, they couldn’t guarantee the delivery of my order. They offered me alternative shipping options and, when I decided not to proceed, they immediately provided a full refund without any hassle.

I ordered reta and ghk-cu. Both definitely worked and i see the results, with massive weight drop and thick black hair popping out. I also ordered reta from another supplier but fitpeptides was just stronger. Deliver was slower than expected, but overly very happy, i will order again.

chose to purchase from Fit Peptides because the company emphasises transparency and states on its website that every batch is tested and that customers can find the corresponding test report with the relevant product.

When my order arrived, I wanted to verify the purity before using it. However, I could not match the vial I received to any Certificate of Analysis (COA) on the website. The only COA available for the 5 mg product specifically identifies a “Blue Top Vial”, whereas the vial I received had a green cap. There was also no batch number on the vial or packaging that allowed me to link my purchase to a specific test report.

I contacted customer support and was told that the cap colour had simply changed from blue to green, that it was the same tested batch, and that the COA still applied. While that may well be true, it was not something I could independently verify from the documentation provided.

My concern is not that the product is necessarily impure. My concern is that, for a product where purity and quality are so important, customers should be able to verify that the COA corresponds to the exact product they receive, rather than relying solely on customer service’s assurance.

Unfortunately, I had already reconstituted the vial before realising there was no clear way to verify this. Had I noticed beforehand, I would have requested a return.
