They told me I'm a due a refund within 14 days , i send the correct tracking number and done everything right they confirmed it . Them after the 14 days were up I've received no refund atall. They are ignoring my WhatsApp messages they've clearly read them . Now I'm going to take them to the small claims court for violation of customer protection laws . See how they like that . Its a case they will lose because I've done everything correctly and they've even clearly said I'm due a refund . Absolutely useless company . Will be exposed and fined in due course that's 100 % .
