whatever you do DO NOT use this site! hotel booked and paid upfront for a family funeral, confirmation and payment receipt received. turned up to hotel prior to funeral to change only to be told they had no record of
our booking!l and hotel full so nothing they cld do. managed to use temporary room to change and get to funeral with nowhere to stay! contacted Agoda on whatsapp as cannot phone them! they processed refund but said it can take 30 days to be received and had the cheek to say sorry the hotel was full and they had to cancel booking 😡 what a joke! it wasnt even booked to be cancelled! shocking and extremely upsetting in the circumstances but regardless of the reason for our stay we had relied on the confirmation provided! also just to note when they say we can have an extra 10% they mean in the form of a gift voucher… like anyone os going to use that EvER
