We are genuinely disappointed by how easily negative ratings are given and defamatory terms such as "scam" are used, unfairly damaging the reputation of a company and the services it provides.

First of all, we would like to clarify that our app is available in all European Union countries. Furthermore, using the app is not mandatory in order to use your booking.

The confirmation e-mail includes a "Voucher in formato PDF" ("PDF Voucher") option, which allows you to download your booking voucher without installing the app. The voucher contains all the information you need, including the parking address, map, contact details and access instructions.

Our app is simply designed to make the parking experience easier by keeping all your booking details conveniently in one place. After all, spending a couple of minutes downloading an app is often far preferable to spending an unknown amount of time searching for an available parking space with no guarantee of finding one.

We also regret that you chose to publish such a severe review without first contacting our Customer Care team.
