Most of my order was missing

I placed an order worth £149.99 containing six items. When the parcel arrived, only the Sephora Collection brush and the free Tatcha gift were inside. The Charlotte Tilbury foundation, Makeup by Mario brush, Rare Beauty blush and Kosas blush were all missing.

My boyfriend tore the cardboard while opening the parcel, so that damage was not how it arrived. However, the box had a large amount of brown parcel tape around it and appeared to have been resealed at some stage.

I cannot say whether the items were missing before dispatch or lost during delivery, but I did not receive the order I paid for. For four items worth £125 to be missing from one parcel is completely unacceptable. I have photographs of the box, delivery label and everything that was inside, and I expect Sephora to investigate promptly and provide either replacements or a full refund for the missing products.
