Missing support
I sent an email to weloveluggage with no answer. I called the customer service last week and I was told I was going to get a reply on Monday. Today is Friday and still waiting. I have been trying to call again but no answer.
It is a shame offering a service for a such important company like Lufthansa and getting a really poor support.
