Still ignoring my request!

Still ignoring my request.
As you requested, I left my case number (01567253) but Dolfi1920 is still ignoring my request. Really poor support for serving a company such as Lufthansa.

The request was finally accepted and solved by refunding the additional expenses I had to pay to the custom.

Missing support

I sent an email to weloveluggage with no answer. I called the customer service last week and I was told I was going to get a reply on Monday. Today is Friday and still waiting. I have been trying to call again but no answer.
It is a shame offering a service for a such important company like Lufthansa and getting a really poor support.

Un servizio clienti da dimenticare

Un servizio clienti da dimenticare. Ridondanza di strumenti, telefono (voce e sms), app, whatsapp, facebook, messenger. Un problema di attivazione che dura da circa 15 giorni. Nessuno riesce a soddisfare le mie richieste. Provo a chiedere supporto con il servizio "ti chiamiamo noi" ma non ricevo chiamata. Su whatsapp lo storico delle conversazioni non è accessibile dagli operatori che ti pongono lexstesse domande ogni volta che li contatti. Deludente.
