I am writing this long review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the E-wheels E2S V2 Pro Long Range 2025. This scooter was originally purchased by my stepfather, who used it only for short commutes. However, when I needed to start using it for my daily commute to work from Vanløse to Indre by CPH, the scooter completely failed across mechanical, electrical, and performance aspects. These severe issues began after about one year of ownership, right before the summer holiday.

First, the front motor has developed a persistent and concerning clanking/clunking noise. This happens during acceleration and when passing over normal road surfaces, which makes the scooter feel unstable and unsafe to ride.

Second, the battery life is completely unacceptable. This is marketed as a "Long Range" scooter, yet it cannot even manage to hold a charge for more than 10 km. I weigh between 75–80 kg, which is well within the standard weight limit for an adult scooter, making this abysmal range a clear defect rather than a user-capacity issue.

Third, the back light has completely stopped working. A non-functional rear light is a major safety hazard, rendering the scooter illegal and highly dangerous to operate in low-light or nighttime conditions.Overall, the product quality has been highly disappointing. It is unacceptable that a scooter breaks down so extensively just after the one-year mark. I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead received a scooter riddled with functional flaws. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for the time being. This vehicle was purchased on June 10, 2025, and is still covered under warranty. I intend to keep this negative review active to warn other consumers, but I am fully prepared to update or change my rating once E-wheels honors the warranty and completely resolves these defects.

PS. : Even though the scooter is unlocked it was set in the app to 20 km legal limit from the start, so in a way it was used completely under the maximum capacity/resistance
