DO NOT USE NECTR

Nectr’s installers damaged my roof during what was supposed to be a $17,000 solar installation. An independent builder’s report clearly identified a roof leak and excessive damage to the roof sheets.

I gave Nectr ample opportunity to inspect and rectify the damage and supplied the builder’s report, photographs and a warranty claim. Despite their workmanship guarantees and warranty, they denied responsibility and refused to resolve the matter.

The damage ultimately cost me approximately $32,000 to have the roof properly repaired. In my experience, the installation was rushed, careless and poorly handled, and the warranty provided no meaningful protection when things went wrong.

I would not recommend Nectr based on my experience.
