I've ordered and item for an ebike, the waiting time for that to arrive had already surpassed the 300% of the normal waiting. Sent them 4 emails from the contact area to ask if they know anything about it. 40€ for the shipment and no info whatsoever. The worst online store experience in the last 5 years for sure, I do not recommend this, there are way better alternatives
