I had a very disappointing experience with Nalda.

I ordered a product that was advertised on their website as a perfume (Eau de Parfum), but I received a Body Mist instead. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted customer support and provided photos of the received item as well as screenshots of the product listing.

Over the course of around two weeks and at least 10 emails, I repeatedly explained that my complaint was not about changing my mind or disliking the product — the issue was that the delivered item did not match the description shown on the website.

Unfortunately, customer support kept responding with generic return instructions and repeatedly ignored the actual problem. Eventually, they stopped replying altogether.

Very disappointing customer service experience.
