I am writing because I am very concerned about privacy and security connected to my package and personal information.

What worries me most is that it seems possible for someone other than me to collect my package from Hjemesol.I was under the impression that proper identification and confirmation of the correct recipient would be required before á package could be handed out.

I do not feel comfortable with other People potentially having access to my phone number, tracking code, hentekode, or other shipment information connected to my order. This information should be treated as prívat and secure.

I would like clarification regarding:

● how may have access to my personal information,

● and how my data is stored and handled.

I am also uncomfortable with the possibility that my personal details may have been shared or exposed without my clear consent.

Because this concerns personal information package security,and privacy, I consider this an ímportant matter realated to personal data protection and privacy rights.

I would appreciate a clear explanation and response as soon as possible.
