Two months with no delivery, no response from support. After the inital shipping deadline was missed I was given another one six weeks later, which came and went. I contacted them again afterwards, and have received no response for two weeks. I have asked paypal to refund the transaction.
Update: After requesting a refund through paypal, I did get one promptly and without any issues
