Visited Bathgate branch 6/5/26. Had paint mixed using code. On arrival home shade was markedly different. Note-- not their fault Phoned next day , spoke with Stuart. Bring it back , we'll get it sorted. Went in next day and indeed problem sorted with no fuss. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Great service. A bit of a distance from my home but probably worth the travel to get this service. Very satisfied customer.
