But then they delay shipping, send out the wrong items, things turn up damaged and have been sent by multiple different couriers from different companies.

Customer services are not helpful, I had to teach one how to count after being told they didn't have 25kg plates in stock, they offered to send an extra set of 10s and 5s.......10+5 doesn't equal 25.
