My experience was good. They aren't as good as the "big boys" in respect of the seating, but overall a very enjoyable return trip in Madras Class. Cabin staff friendly but professional at all times. The food served was of good quality but there is only a choice of 2 mains. Seemed to have a good drinks menu but I only had orange juice. We were offered a soft drink on the ground and a hot towel. After the meal service there is no further drink service but you can go the galley and ask for one. As enjoyable as any 9 hour flight can be
