big motor noises and flat tires
We bought two. Both started making big motor noise after about half a year, but were still usable. One worked fine but got stolen. Another get flat tires quite easily, in the past two months, we’ve had two flats.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It is sad to hear that both of your e-scooters have had issues with both engine noise and tires, and we are very sorry that one of them was stolen – it is a sad situation.
Regarding the engine noise, we would like to investigate whether this is something that can be fixed. Even if they are still usable, the engine is not meant to be making a disturbing noise after only six months.
Regarding the tires, we understand that it is frustrating to have recurring punctures. This can sometimes be due to tire pressure or the terrain you are riding on, but we would like to help you review if there is anything we can do to minimize the risk of future punctures.
