I ordered the cuddle duck
I ordered the cuddle duck, I was very disappointed with it as it looked more like a seagull, I know the mum to be would agree! Asked for a refund and was told it wasn't possible! As it was heavily discounted product( news to me) as it was £25:00..Hugely disappointed with company policy and product! Think before you order from this company! Expensive mistake.

A gift for a new baby should feel sweet, soft and special when it arrives, so I understand why you felt disappointed when the product did not match what you had pictured.
We have heard feedback around this version of the duck and are already moving to an updated material and finish. If you were not aware it was part of a final sale or heavily discounted range, we would also like to take another look at how that was shown at the time of purchase.
