I ordered socks from Luna Socks in November 2025 and have been following up ever since. Initially, someone responded to my messages, but the replies were not helpful and did not provide any real update about my order.
Instead of resolving the issue, they kept offering me discount coupons to purchase more socks. It’s frustrating and unreasonable to encourage additional purchases when my original order has not even been fulfilled.
It has now been more than three months, and I still have not received my order. At this point, it feels like they are simply taking customers’ money without delivering the products.
I strongly advise others not to order from this company.
