I am writing this review as a supplement to my initial submission regarding Blumeheat. I have increased the star rating to a two in as much that actually got a full refund of my money when I maintained my demands for a tracking number for my order which was never dispatched. The end result being that Blumeheat admitted that the stock had run out, and I was given the option of waiting until stock was replenished or getting a refund. I must confess that I had no intention of getting into a game of delaying/misinformation tactics. I requested that I be refunded my money. I was pleasantly surprised ( astounded actually) when the money was refunded into my account. For that reason only I reassessed my view of the companies level of ethics and have increased the star rating to a score of two. I do not condone the fraudulent advertising regarding the so called super efficient abilities of the subject heater units. I am disappointed that the companies ,manufacturers and advertisers of the product engage in the deceptive behaviour that intentionally preys on people who hold onto belief that a more cost efficient answer exists for heating. That amounts to a deliberate, calculated misleading act. It is a scam and arguably an act of obtaing money from people by deliberate deception.
I do not recommend anyone dealing with Blumeheat or any company that deals in these so called super efficient heaters.
I do say thank you to the act of refunding my money, a very slight sign of contrition, but does not excuse the conduct of the Blumeheat company.
