Hopeless. Parcel lost for a few weeks. Twice to Sydney, then to QLD and then turns up next day. Took 23 days to be delivered 4 hours north up the A1. If I hasn’t rang Border Express every 2nd day, then the supplier Samsonite I probably would have never seen my parcel.
