The product return turned out to be impossible. The company sent me a return form with a barcode that didn’t work. I visited two different postal service points, contacted the company’s customer service for assistance, and reported the return to Klarna. Now the company is directing me to handle the issue directly with DHL, essentially outsourcing their own problem to the customer, even though they charged a return fee. I will never order from this company again.
