The order was placed 4 months ago and still no sign of delivery. It is so sad to no own up to incompetence and theft, as soon as you ask for a refund because you didn't receive your order for so long, Radio silence. Legal action will be taken

Bought a coffee table on the 8th of December and it's 2nd of Feb and they still haven't delivered. They say 10-20 working days on their website, we are at double that. Their terms and conditions are extremely aggressive and customer UNfriendly. They explicitly write twice that there cannot be any order cancelations (nor returns) for any reasons (not even if they take forever to deliver), if the goods are defective they won't take them either, just repair them. Save yourself the headache.
