I am not satisfied with my experience. I placed an order for a Ryzen processor, and the next day I was informed there was a shipping issue and the order was canceled and refunded.
While I appreciate the quick refund, I found it concerning that the product still appeared available on the website. However, when I checked from my account, it showed as unavailable, while it was still visible when browsing anonymously.
This lack of transparency is disappointing and makes me question the reliability of the service.
No estoy satisfecho con mi experiencia. Realicé un pedido de un procesador Ryzen y al día siguiente me informaron de un problema con el envío, por lo que el pedido fue cancelado y reembolsado.
Aunque agradezco la rapidez del reembolso, me resultó preocupante que el producto siguiera apareciendo disponible en la página web. Sin embargo, al acceder desde mi cuenta figuraba como no disponible, mientras que al navegar de forma anónima sí aparecía.
Esta falta de transparencia es decepcionante y me hace cuestionar la fiabilidad del servicio.

Bad customer service
Fast delivery, but the OnePlis Nord 4 does not record honestly, it eliminates soft noises on a hardware level AND software level. The screen is also easily scratched ,Gorilla Glass.
The software has issues.
I have been emailing with them since April 2025. I bought it in January 2025. The don't accept return of the phone because 14 days past. Well, that's what I call bad customer service.
Dear Zecuma, please Bé truthful yourself. I don't get my 400 EUR back from you. If I send it and there is nothing OnePlus can do about it, I have to pay to get it back. I cannot afford to be without phone during 2 months.
So the only solution for a good customer service is to get my 400 EUR back from you and buy another, better phone (from you).

Wasted my time
I order an item which was shown as "last items in stock" (but in stock!). It said 24/48 hours delivery. They have reached me right away to confirm the delivery, though the date was in 5 days only. I have approved it only to get to know in a day that there is no stock and they have cancelled my order. Wasted my time when I needed a phone ASAP.
If you are not sure of your promises (stock, delivery times, etc. ) - don't claim it!
