No problem recommending this company
A refreshing honest and reliable business in Spain, especially it was all done online. Communication was good, the products were as described, and delivery on time. Plus prices were competitive. No complaints at all and will certainly buy from them again.

A complete disaster
A complete disaster. I spent 1,500 euros on a washer and dryer. The dryer was replaced right away because of a fault that shut it down after the first use.
The washer, on the other hand, had communication issues with the app from the very beginning.
I demanded a refund or replacement if the fault couldn’t be fixed.
Unfortunately, I was ignored, and my request to cancel the contract was not processed by them. I do not recommend such poor customer service.

Con respecto a tu secadora, tras un primer uso presentó un defecto electrónico que fue verificado por el servicio técnico oficial de Bosch y como bien has indicado, fue reemplazada de forma inmediata por una nueva. Por otro lado, en tu lavadora fue verificado el correcto funcionamiento de la conexión inalámbrica, pudiendo radicar el problema de comunicación en tu red Wi-Fi o en tus dispositivos, y que por lo tanto no cabe lugar a reembolso o reemplazado de la misma.

This is without doubt the best supplier of electrical goods I've ever used. Despite the fact that I do not speak Spanish, their communication in English was faultless. They responded immediately to my enquiries prior to purchase, and I really had the feeling that they cared about the information and service that they were providing. I purchased an expensive Bosch PVQ731H26E induction hob for my apartment and arranged delivery via the Bosch distribution service which was provided. Sonimagen contacted me to ask if I had a Spanish mobile as it would be required by the delivery company.As I didn't, they offered to midiate throughout the delivery process and gave me regular updates via WhatsApp on the status of my delivery. They were exceptional throught the process and followed up after delivery with information about what I needed to do to register the product and get the Bosch cashback offer. Absolutely first class service. Thanks

Great Service
I bought a Smeg refrigerator from this site out of a combination of good ratings on Trustpilot and the price. I must say I had some unease but everything went smoothly and professionally and product was delivered without a hitch. I like to believe their sense of professionalism would extend to an occasion where not all goes smoothly but hopefully none of us prospective buyers would live to testify on that.
