I would prefer not to give a star! Ordered something and received completely different things. Return not possible. Also completely overpriced! Do not order!

I ordered a zip-up hoodie with fleece lining. The name of the jacket contained "fleece" and the fleece lining was clearly visible on the pictures. The hoodie that arrived did not have *any* lining and barely resembled the pictures on the website. The jacket did not have *any* tags (no brand, no size, no materials, no laundry symbols...) and no delivery note was included in the package. Of course, like so many others, I did not expect items from a German retailer to be shipped directly from China and without a pre-paid return slip. Shipping this jacket back to China would cost me €20, roughly half of the price of the original jacket. This is obviously done on purpose to discourage people from returning any items. I complained to customer service about the deceptive photos on the website and demanded them to pay for the return. No response. Incredibly frustrating and probably illegal.
