the cloths has very low quality, the photos on site can be AI generted since doesn't look like what you receive, and when you want to return it seller only give you one return option which is sending to Canada and that is more than 50 euro. this way the seller forces you to keep the product after seeing the bad quality . I regret buying product and will not do it ever again.

Shipping back is going to be very expensive and the shoes are much lower quality than expected, not orthopedic at all. The site advertised itself as for wide feet but they are normally narrow

Basically a scam, they are claiming to be a German company but in the end they are just sending bad quality products directly from China, no way to have a refund or to talk directly with them, they have different AI generated websites with different names

fake shop, built with AI - don't order ANYTHING

My experience with drune was sadly a negative one, as I was unable to "cancel" my falsely put order and immediately after the accidental purchase writing a mail to the costumer service, who told me their cancellation limit was 5 minutes.
Mind you, I wrote the mal to costumer service 2 minutes (I send them the emails and purchase as proof).

Nevertheless, the costumer service was not welcoming and told me, my only choice was to wait until the product arrived and then send it back.
Then, when I asked if my return ticket will be covered I was given a strict "No, as you can see on our website...". Which is fair, but the fictional "5 minute cancellation limit" was no where to be found so i asked if they could be accommodating to me, as I was in their 5 minute cancellation limit. But no, I am to pay for the return ticket myself. Which will cost me about what the product itself values at, so even though I will receive a full refund, I will pay as much for the return ticket that I will be left with no product, no money.
And no respect for this company.

Do better.

This is a Phishing website that sells inferior China made products to unsuspecting buyers. They pose as European shops to sell extremely horrible goods. Avoid them!!!

This order took so long and i was very happy till it came ....Poor quality of the product and totally different color and the size is small on the size i ordered ..its sooo Baaaad and i deffinitelly want my money back right now! ......is it actually legal? ...damn (all the negative reviews just made me sure that i was scammed for sure) -39 euros . thx Drune

The products are unfortunately of very poor quality. In addition, the sizes do not correspond to European sizing standards. The delivery also took a very long time, and there were significant problems and a lot of effort involved in returning the items.
Based on these experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend the company Drune.

I recently ordered a pair of sandals from this online shop, so I can’t comment on the product or delivery yet. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. I’ll update my review once the sandals arrive and I’ve had a chance to try them.

Betrüger!!!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered this dress specifically for a wedding, based on the photos shown on the website. Unfortunately, the dress I received is clearly different from the advertised one.

The differences are obvious: the advertised dress is a one-shoulder design with a side slit, a straight/diagonal hem, a different silhouette and a dark green colour. The dress I received has a thin strap, a large **central slit**, a completely different hem and cut, and is noticeably more blue/teal in colour. The length and overall shape are also different.

I sent photos clearly showing these differences, but the company’s “specialized team” concluded that the dress was not materially different from the advertised product. They refuse to provide a prepaid return label, meaning I would have to pay the expensive shipping costs from Germany to Canada myself.

I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I would not recommend this company.
