Not as good as Revolut, but since I cannot properly use Revolut in Switzerland, it's the best alternative.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I deposited €500 during the account opening process, but my account was never opened. What followed was months of frustration, endless waiting, and some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

Instead of receiving clear answers, I was repeatedly sent the same copy-paste responses. Every time I asked a simple question — “Where is my money and how do I get it back?” — I received another generic reply that did not solve anything.
Only after months of chasing support did I finally get a different answer, claiming that the funds are being held by a correspondent bank. Until then, nobody could clearly explain where my money was or who was responsible.
A financial company should be able to tell a customer exactly what is happening with their funds. The fact that I had to open multiple tickets and spend months trying to track down my own money is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Yuh to anyone. If something goes wrong, don’t expect fast support, clear communication, or effective problem solving

This is by far the worst banking…
This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had.
For more than 8 months, I have been unable to properly access my funds and resolve my case. I provided every document requested from me months ago, including identity verification, photos, explanations, and additional documents. Despite my full cooperation, I still have no final resolution.
The support team does not answer direct questions and mostly sends generic template replies. Even after submitting a formal complaint, I received the same type of responses without any meaningful explanation of what is actually happening with my case.
The most frustrating part is that nobody can clearly explain what exactly is preventing a resolution or when the situation will finally be concluded. I am constantly told that my case is being reviewed, forwarded, or handled by another department, but nothing changes.
As a customer, I feel completely ignored and left without access to my savings for an unacceptable amount of time.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise people to think carefully before using Yuh. If you ever encounter a serious issue, do not expect clear communication, transparency, or timely resolution.

Criminal behavior after leaving Switzerland.
After we left Switzerland I changed my phone number to login, which did not work anymore after the change. They said that even though I can change my phone number they cannot texts to that number and there is nothing they can do. They locked me out of my account. A few weeks later they just closed my account unilaterally. The money on the account nowhere to be seen.
A year later after contacting the regulatory authority, Obutsmann and Police I still dont have my money.
This is organized crime.

Yuh offers attractive fees and is reasonable for someone wanting to invest or save up long term. The App is stable and always works. One disadvantage is, that it’s not possible to deposit money to your account at an ATM (or has never worked for me). But overall best Service I ever yuhsed :)
