UBS Group AG Reviews 

It took us 3 weeks to register a company in Switzerland but to open a Business Account with UBS took well over a month. 3 months later and we still haven't been able to get a Credit card in the company name.

This is beyond bad....

As an SME this has been extremely painful and meant a lot of lost business and time.

We thought by signing up with a reputable international bank, that we would be in good hands but we were clearly wrong. UBS are not at all concerned about businesses like ours. Their focus is solely on Private Clients and Corporations.

Avoid at all cost!!

I wen to the Morillons Branch. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and fast. The staff was very attentive and patient. The appointment itself was also quick, opening an account was simple and straight forward. Esteban was the person who helped me, I found him very patient, calm, knowledgeable.I needed English-speaking services, since my French is not very good, and the staff was able to offer it. I felt comfortable to ask questions too and they were clearly. The only thing with this specific branch is that the cell service is bad inside the building (not sure why), but they offer wifi to the customers if they needed it. I had to step outside of the building to receive an SMS, but no big deal.

The person at the font desk at the Carouge Geneva branch knew his job well. He was able to guide me through what I needed to do with simple words and efficiently. The task was successfully done in less than 5 minutes.

Unbelievable!!

I left Switzerland some time ago, and been trying for OVER ONE YEAR NOW to withdraw my BVG!!!

Ive sent countless documents and hundreds of follow up emails, notarized multiple documents ‘repeatedly’, so has my husband (even though its MY MONEY, but alas in Switzerland apparently the banks need your husbands permission to give you your money).

ONE YEAR — and we are no where close to closing this out — and they keep coming up with creative NEW DOCUMENT requests! At least there’s creativity somewhere I guess!

Good thing we’re not talking about significant money here — i dont even want to imagine the process if the amount was something crazy or substantial!

No wonder these trad banks are going bust — hope you’re next!
