Very competitive pricing, easy ordering and good communication.

Ordering was easy and straight forward. They let me know the day before my delivery that they would be coming. Driver arrived as scheduled - he just got on with the job. I didn't have to be home which is always helpful but I was on that particular day. The driver was very polite and friendly. They are the human face of the business and affect reordering ( along with the fuel price, of course!).

Competitive pricing. It was my first order and needed to contact NRG. My query was fully answered. Delivery was very efficient. Highly recommend 👍

Price was fabulous and below other companies, had a text to say my order was scheduled, also received email with copy of slip which was then sent in the post, feel embarrassed as previously stated they should have put slip through the letterbox not realising I had an email with a copy . I did give 5 stars originally as service was great and the slip wasn’t criticism, just advice on what I would like.

Easy to order online. Drivers are always friendly and follow our delivery instructions.

Great service and excellent communication, Oh and don't forget the price.

Following on from my original post at the bottom.

I see they have replied however they will not discuss anything to do with the “Now” invoice they have sent to the neighbour even though they delivered my fathers oil to them by mistake, be very careful ordering from this company my fathers neighbour has never had an account with them yet they are now pursuing them for payment due to their negligence.

Very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled.

My father received an incorrect oil delivery due to an error by Your NRG. After contacting them, the issue was eventually corrected and they confirmed that the incorrect delivery was removed from my father’s account and that his balance was zero.

However, the situation has now raised further concerns because the neighbour who received the delivery in error has apparently been invoiced, despite never having had an account with Your NRG or placing an order for the oil.

I appreciate that customer accounts are separate, but this appears to be the consequence of the original delivery mistake. I feel Your NRG should have taken ownership of the error rather than leaving another person having to deal with the consequences.

The communication throughout has been frustrating, and I do not feel the matter has been handled with the level of care and responsibility I would expect.

We experienced a serious service issue involving an incorrect delivery and subsequent billing problems.

A delivery was made to the wrong property, which required intervention to resolve. During this process, my 90-year-old father was left without sufficient heating oil and had to contact the company to correct the error.

The account was charged £602.28, and a further incorrect charge of £603.49 was also raised before being reversed. This caused confusion and unnecessary distress.

We also understood during the resolution of the delivery issue that a reduced figure would be applied, however this is now disputed by the company.

While a small goodwill gesture was offered, it did not reflect the circumstances or the impact on a vulnerable customer.

We have raised this matter with Trading Standards as it remains unresolved.

It was easy to order from NRG's website. I had been getting quotes for a while with the cost of heating oil having risen dramatically but then starting to fall back. They let me know when it was to be delivered so I could unlock the tank. All in all a smooth transaction & a bonus money off voucher for it being my first order. Thank you NRG, I'll be using you in future.

One small point, I did not receive a pre delivery notification of the delivery therefor delaying the actual delivery process as I had not prepared the delivery area nor unlocking the tank filler cap. Otherwise all good and driver very pleasant and did a grand job. Thank you.

With oil prices rising recently, I decided to search for the best price, and these guys were the cheapest by a long shot. I thought it must be a scam, as they were so cheap, so I decided to use PayPal as an option in case. But no, they delivered before the scheduled time. The driver, Gavin, was really nice and avoided trampling my flowers. I could not be happier with the service I got and will, without a shadow of a doubt, use them again.

First time buying heating oil and the site was easy to use, best price at the time and delivery was quick. The driver was very pleasant and answered all questions I had.
I would definitely use them in the future.

Very competitive price. Friendly customer care. Quick confirmation of delivery date. Unfortunately NRG couldn’t confirm a window for delivery which was a shame as we have to secure a clear parking area for tanker, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Still highly recommend.
