Unfortunately we don't provide this service.
We do not have the possibility to create invoices for companies or to adjust invoices afterwards. We sell 100% B2C and our IT system is not set up for this.

Bad customer service!
Bad! The site kept on crashing an i payed my basket twice! I contacted them directly and they shipped my order twice and they couldn't cancel it. They set to pick only 1 packed up and i'll get my money back for the second 1 but I haven't seen my money back until this day... Really bad customer service!
I shouldn't have to wait a month to get my money back if you site made the fault...

Unfortunately we could not cancel either of your orders because the tracking details were already available, as also mentioned in our email.
In this case, you can return 1 order for a full refund. Don't foget that return parcels can take up to 15 business days before they arrive in our warehouse, as stated on our return page.
