Used to be satisfied with them
Used to be satisfied with them, despite them taking their time with sending your order. I made a large order in July of 650 euro, but the motorjeans I ordered along with it were a size too small. I only opened the package to try them on, did not remove labels, or get the opportunity to dirty them. I repackaged them immediately and started the return process. I sent them on their way.
The price of the jeans after taking the 20% sale off was 211 euro. I did not look at my bank account for a while. I was about to place another large order with them when I remembered I had a refund I needed to receive. I looked at my bank statement. They only refunded 161 euro. This is robbery in my opinion. No way the jeans devalued 50 euros; they are selling the same product now on their site for 224 euro. I cancelled my new order, and won't be doing business with them anymore.

Unfortunately we don't see any reference to your order but we think that the original price for the pants was 211 € but that you had a 20 % discount code and therefore only paid 168 €. On top of that we charged a 4,95 € return freight so that probably explains why you got refunded that amount.

Daughter bought the Course helmet and quality amazed me! Wish they had a shop because sizing is always an issue with pants so hopefully they can open a small store.

A very nice offer and a speedy delivery.
I'm just back from a week long holiday with my bike and I'm really glad with the helmet. It fits perfectly and using it as a jet helmet works fine. (And that was the most important reason why I did choose this helmet. )
