I Norrland is love the product but ordering from their own website was a off all experience I ordent One bag into different Colors the bags War not Simulator die had different closers they have the different Cables for the power bank Harding har du den have one had usbc and When have USB and I don't expect that from ording the same bag from the same Company to different colours Also I tried to return the bag Now That was in the color and it's been Auto experien Everytime I press to download The Return Label I cannot get the returndable to my inbox I put in my information I still don't get nothing and it does not help that I don't answer me when I try to fix it I am product love what you doing would recommend not buy them from the Sinner directly would rather pa id more going through second hand setters and just having a easier return and Communication I think there website should even get a phone calling like customer service really In Hamster website and upgraded to water actually selling cost you should not get different tables into different bags do when you just change the color of the same item hope this have some of you but I would not recommend to buy directly from the website

I've owned several XD Design backpacks over the years, and the Urban Cut Proof is one of my favourites. Unfortunately, the lock on my backpack stopped working after some time. I contacted the support team to ask whether it was possible to buy a replacement lock.

From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They even waited until the replacement locks were back in stock and then sent me one completely free of charge.

The replacement arrived safely, and my backpack is now working perfectly again. It's refreshing to find a company that not only designs high-quality products but also genuinely cares about its customers long after the purchase.

Thank you to the entire XD Design team for your excellent support. This experience has only strengthened my confidence in the brand, and I'll happily continue recommending your products to others.

He tenido varias mochilas de XD Design a lo largo de los años, y la Urban Cut Proof es una de mis favoritas. Desafortunadamente, con el tiempo el cierre de seguridad dejó de funcionar. Me puse en contacto con el equipo de atención al cliente para preguntar si era posible comprar un cierre de repuesto.

Desde el primer momento, la atención fue excepcional. Fueron amables, profesionales y me mantuvieron informada durante todo el proceso. Incluso esperaron a que volvieran a tener cierres de repuesto en stock y, cuando estuvieron disponibles, me enviaron uno de forma totalmente gratuita.

El repuesto llegó sin ningún problema y ahora mi mochila vuelve a funcionar perfectamente. Es muy gratificante encontrar una empresa que no solo diseña productos de gran calidad, sino que además se preocupa de verdad por sus clientes incluso mucho tiempo después de la compra.

Quiero agradecer a todo el equipo de XD Design su excelente atención y su compromiso con el cliente. Esta experiencia ha reforzado aún más mi confianza en la marca y seguiré recomendando sus productos con total tranquilidad.

I highly recommend their products, but above all, their customer support approach. Despite a minor issue with the backpack, the support department rose to the challenge and covered the cost of a replacement and shipping. Communication and the entire process were exemplary! I will definitely choose their products again in the future, knowing that the warranty service is top-notch.

Trying to force me to download an app to be able to following my order status. Have a link to follow status online with small text after all big things pointing towards the app. This can only be a one star grade for shopping experience.

My order had a few problems. The color on the site wasn't clear. I got the wrong color. There was also a problem with the return through the delivery company.
But the support team handled everything really well. They stayed with me through the whole process and helped at every step.
In the end, I got what I wanted, and I’m staying with the brand. This is the best support team I’ve dealt with in the last year.

best customer services I've interacted with. They follow up greatly and sent me 2 shipments of zippers from Netherlands to Lebanon just because the one on my bag broke. thank guys !

XD support team is great! Quick response, offering solutions and following up. This team should be the overall standard. Furthermore, my new backpack is awesome.

Bought my first backpack in 2020 and was very happy with it.

This year I wanted something new, tried other bags and regreted it (at this price range you will never find a quality that matches XD Design).

Went back to buy from XD Design again

I received the Urban Expandable Sling with a minor defect, but the XD Design support team handled it perfectly. They were incredibly fast and professional, providing me with a replacement code and free shipping within 48 hours. Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

the purchasing process was pretty straightforward and easy so I was able to finish it quickly. One suggestion for improvement would be to enable buyer to enter company details for the invoice before the last step.

the shipment is nowhere near being delivered to us, you could have warned about the long delivery time

My shipment did not arrive yet. No information so far…

UPDATE:
The product is good, but what really stands out is the customer support. After I received a damaged item and reported it, they reached out and offered either a refund or a replacement, which was promptly delivered free of charge. Hats off!

INITIAL REVIEW:
The delivery was fast but that’s about it. The delivery price is still unjustifiable - 12 euros for a zipper that can fit inside of an envelope!

The quality of said zipper is just bad. It has scratches and appears visibly damaged, although its hard to see due to the small size and a black colour. Overall very disappointed - I should have ordered a regular one on amazon or any other store.

I absolutely adore my Bobby Edge.

First of all, the ordering experience was quite good. I initially ordered a gray one that I ended up not liking, and returning it was not a problem. Very clear instructions, clear status updates.

Then I had accidentally made a double order for a white backpack, and the support was very quick to cancel it.

The backpack was well packaged, and I really love its layout, features and overall shape. I am coming from an original Bobby backpack from Kickstarter, and the Edge is an upgrade in every way.

And perhaps most importantly of all, on the 17th of October 2025 I was in a motorcycle accident, wearing the Bobby Edge with my laptop, ipad and other electronics. Now, I got off lightly with a broken knee, but the Edge has completely protected my electronics, they are perfectly fine, which was a huge relief, knowing I wouldn't have to pay for replacements on top of my medical costs.

Furthermore, the backpack itself barely shows any signs of wear after my fall. It still looks pristine, you wouldn't ever say it was in a motorcycle incident.

If I ever have to upgrade in the future, XD Design will certainly remain my first choice.

The support team is perfect. My lock was brokem, the team has sent me the new zipper locks right away. My Kudos to the team and I am happy to have switched from Jansen to ZD Design.

Just bought my second Bobby Urban! My first lasted from august 2019 till October 2025. After the zipper and the code lock had broken down, I absolutely wanted the same bag because of its functionality and design. Next time, I hope to be able to choose from more colours.

Good experience, however, I found out that the same item I purchased was cheaper on another local site. That's a pity.

Great product

The backpack is small but very practical.

It endures all kind of weight you can put inside.

It has many pockets inside so to arrange your luggage.

As far as the space is concerned, it is quite limited but well-organized and protected.

The design is great as well.

I recommend it to those who birng a laptop and other valuables with themselves.

Before that I had another one but a different model, and I used it for 5 years.

Unfortunately I had to return my new bag, as the internal organisation changed compared with my first one ordered in 2018.
I'm very happy with my first one and I had preferred to replace it as I use it every day and it starts to become dirty.
I have to find another supplier, as XD Design does not offer this perfect interior of the past.

What a petty.
