the worst delivery service

They ship with DHL. It’s the worst delivery service I know. DHL say they tried to deliver, but it’s not true. I was at home and nobody called my phone or rang the intercom. This isn't a one-time issue. It’s a repeated and systemic problem with DHL, at least in Barcelona.
They should change their delivery partner.

the best support team

My order had a few problems. The color on the site wasn't clear. I got the wrong color. There was also a problem with the return through the delivery company.
But the support team handled everything really well. They stayed with me through the whole process and helped at every step.
In the end, I got what I wanted, and I’m staying with the brand. This is the best support team I’ve dealt with in the last year.
