Paid out $159 for what I thought was a boot liner and 2 back seat protectors. Though that was reasonable, until I received 2 seat protectors and no boot liner today.
You can’t ring them, the don’t have a telephone. I should have known better. Emailed them, they said because I wanted 2 liners (for 2 seats) I couldn’t have the boot mat,that was extra.So $159 for two pieces of thin cheap plastic for that price. Their product description is misleading and the products are not good quality. After backwards and forwards and them telling me that’s what I paid for I gave up.Their return policy is another trap, so be careful. Stay away from this company, and look around. You have to see what you’re actually getting before you dish out your hard earned money

Bought Dashmat for my 2018 VW Tiguan RHD with HUD and it was sent pack and it was rolled up in the box. It looked good but didn’t fit properly and took pics to show this company and this company wouldn’t send a replacement out before I had to pay for return postage and I said that the product isn’t for or suited for this model. The pics definitely showed a major problem. So this company wouldn’t do anything about it. They couldn’t even offer any advice to say why it wasn’t the right mat. I didn’t worry just another useless business to deal with. Put the mat in the bin and cut my losses

Great quality product and service. My order arrived really quickly and although there was a small issue with it the team fixed it straight away and even gave me a discount for my troubles. Very happy customer overall

The car mats are expensive @ $150 but are in fact cheap rock hard plastic with no flexibility and they don’t actually fit the car you specify as per the advertising. The overall look and feel is absolutely terrible. Total waste of money so buyer beware. I registered an immediate complaint with video showing the issue and they told me the mats were labelled wrong and not for my car. They then tried to offer me a 30% discount if I wanted to keep the mats. Why would I keep mats for another car and ones that are such poor quality. Good try but no cigar. Sent them back same day for a full refund, but they won’t process until faulty goods are received back in their warehouse. They take your money straight away when you order, but it takes days if not weeks before they provide your refund. Another brand selling cheap rubbish added to my list of never ever again!

I feel happy seeing a $150 off symbol down the bottom of the screen when I buy a bunch of stuff I may or may not use. Dunno if the sales are bull but I’m happy.

Jimny manual interior accessories were great and arrived faster than expected, though the shipping wasn’t done through any normal courier.

I have bought several items from X-car and they have been excellent. Where I have had minor problems they have been prompt attentive and helpful and sorted all issues.
Will continue to use them and recommend them.

I finally found the boot liner that fitted for my 2025 Haval Jolion hybrid, I bought some from temu but they didnt fit so back to x-car and ordered one, it fit straight away and they answer messages as well. If you have ever tried to contact temu you'll know what i mean !!

This company is amazing, I have purchased a new BYD sealion 5 which has limited accessories ... X-Car has been amazing with some accessories I can buy. Ordered a set of 3D floor mats for my 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport on a Wednesday and arrived the following Monday. Fit perfectly and good quality materials for the price. Definitely recommend.

Mudflaps look great. Easy to fit.
Weathershields were from different model but upon sending a email this was quickly resolved with sending the correct ones. Looks like they were packed in the wrong box from the makers.
Cant't fault X-car or their products.

X-Car clearly sent me the wrong product. I sent photos as evidence that it didn't fit. They told me I just wasn't installing it right. A week later they sent me a message saying that they had sent the wrong product. 1/5 service, buy somewhere else.

I have bought a few things for my GWM Tank 300 and have been very happy with prompt delivery and product. I did need to return something because it wasn’t really what I wanted and I can only give best report for their customer service. I will buy from them again. Note GWM installed the Window shields. I changed my mind on the racks but believe GWM would install.
