Delivery not yet received
Delivery not yet received. Delivery service used by visiondirect did not contact me when unable to deliver on the planned day and instead redirected to a collection point inconvenient for me. Despite initially offering the option on the website of having this delivered closer, the delivery service then 'redirected' it back to the initial collection point and offered no further alternatives. Neither delivery service nor visiondirect have offered any alternative as of today a week after the 'delivery' date, so I assume this will end with my lenses being returned. I've had no issues with their products before but there's no benefit to me in ordering contacts from a service that delivers to an arbitrary location, particularly one I struggle to make it to within working hours. Will not order from this service again and cannot recommend using this service in Dublin while they are using UPS.
