I would definitely book a trip again with VIP Traveller !! It was my first time booking via an agency and I had a great experience with them.
Everything went smoothly with our trip , my husband and I had the most amazing time in Maldives , where we just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary !

I saw this company advertised on Instagram. I did some research and they seemed reputable with good reviews. I was planning a New Orleans trip with friends. We all decided to use VIPTraveler. The offered a good deal for NOLA.

That was the only plus. I never received my hotel confirmation despite email instructions telling me to wait 48-72 hours before booking a flight. I tried contacting their customer service with no response whatsoever. They had my money and they didn’t care to respond to me. Lucky I knew that the Waldorf had an exceptional customer service. I contacted their reservation manager directly who confirmed the hotel booking. Why didn’t this “travel company” bother helping me. I won’t be using them in the future. As of today, still no response from my inquiry.

I can’t thank VIP Traveler enough for such an unforgettable experience. I was looking for a place to get engaged and came across an ad by VIP Traveler on Instagram and decided to give it a try not knowing what to fully expect. They had a package for Bali that included two incredible hotels in The Apurva Kempinski and Padma Ubud. From the very first moment until the very end my agent Dori was super helpful in the entire process and was a huge help in making my dream vacation. It was the easiest vacation I have ever booked and everyone was so kind, supportive and attentive to every detail. The vacation in itself was out of this world. Words can’t describe how gorgeous Bali is and will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you again VIP Traveler.

We had such a great experience. The deal was amazing. The VIP staff reached out multiple times to check in prior to our trip. I sent a few questions and they were quick to reply. They also checked in after the trip. I’d highly recommend!

This was my third VIP Traveler Exclusive, and once again they exceeded my expectations.

My first VIP Exclusive was the SO/Maldives, followed by an incredible stay at Atlantis Dubai. Both trips were absolutely remarkable, so I already had high expectations when we booked their Portugal Exclusive. Somehow, they managed to exceed them again.

Our trip started off perfectly. The Wine & Books Hotel was absolutely charming with true five-star service. The Lisbon Food & Wine Tour was one of our favorite experiences—delicious food, wonderful wines, and the opportunity to meet some wonderful people along the way.

When we arrived in the Algarve, however, we encountered an unexpected problem. The hotel had assigned us to a lower-category room than the one we had booked and paid for. When we brought it to their attention, they insisted their records were correct and argued that we were mistaken. After a long day of traveling, it was incredibly frustrating to feel like we weren't being heard.

That's when VIP Traveler truly showed what sets them apart.

Even though it was very early in the morning in the United States, someone answered our phone call immediately. They were calm, professional, reassuring, and told us to go enjoy the resort while they worked directly with the hotel to resolve the issue. Instead of spending the first day of our vacation standing at the front desk arguing, we were able to relax knowing someone was in our corner.

VIP Traveler handled everything behind the scenes. Since the hotel had sold out of the room we had originally reserved, they upgraded us to the very best room in the resort. What began as a disappointing start turned into an incredible experience because VIP Traveler never stopped advocating for us.

I already knew VIP Traveler could create amazing vacations. My previous VIP Exclusives had been flawless. But in the back of my mind, I always wondered how they would respond if something didn't go according to plan. Now I know.

Anyone can book a great trip when everything goes perfectly. The true measure of a travel company is how they take care of their clients when something goes wrong. To say I was beyond impressed would be an understatement.

The VIP Traveler Team put together an incredible package at the Arizona Biltmore. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with—responsive, professional, and quick to answer any questions we had.

The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities included in the package made our stay truly special. The Premier Firepit Suite, Citrus Club access, spa session, and daily resort credit were perfectly curated and created an exceptional experience.

This was our second trip to the Phoenix Biltmore utilizing VIP Traveler. Can't say enough about our experience. The Citrus club access coupled with $100/day property stipend made out of pocket spend minimal. Also loved the included halotherapy session. This gave us full access to the spa for that afternoon. Amazing !
I'm currently working with VIP staff for a wine country visit in the fall. Thanks VIP !

The booking process is super simple. Their policy on the refund is also very true. They keep their word. They make the process as easy as it can be for the customer. Their recommendations have never let us down. They find truly amazing properties to stay at. I would recommend their services to everyone.

My Bali at Four Season was just absolutely amazing and it was the most memorable vacation.
What impressed most was how VIP travel was so organized and very helpful from the beginning till end and I am so happy that everything went so smooth.

Our trip to Greece was absolutely amazing! Having had great experiences with VIP Traveler in the past, we went with them for our trip in May 2026 and they did not disappoint. The Perianth hotel in Athens was perfectly located, right in the heart of the city. We even had a beautiful view of the Acropolis from our room! The included free breakfast was nice. We were able to walk to almost everything, and used the included tickets to visit all the highlights such as the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum, as well has a hop on, hop off bus tour which gave us a nice overview of the city.

After a wonderful couple of days in Athens, we flew to the Island of Crete to spend 5 days at Seaside: A Lifestyle resort. Once again, our ocean-facing Suite on the Rocks room was stellar. We were blessed with good weather and spent time decompressing from the hectic pace we set for ourselves in Athens as well as walking through a small village nearby. Sometimes all-inclusive food and drinks can disappoint but not in this case. Lots of variety and plenty of local cuisine. We love Greek food!

In summary a fantastic trip. VIP Traveler did a great job as we have come to expect. Logistics were pretty much flawless, it is so nice to have all the airport transfers, hotels, etc pre-arranged and for a lower price than if we had done it all ourselves. Can’t say enough good things and I highly recommend them!

We had a great, great time. Probably the best trip we have ever had! I had no idea what to expect but VIP Traveler was amazing with every detail. We went to Athens and then Santorini. My boyfriend and I went recently to the Edgewood Property in South Lake Tahoe.It was wonderful. I had never stayed at that property and everything was 5 star. The location, the service, the pool/jacuzzi was amazing. The smores at 6:30 and a dip in the jacuzzi is the best way to end the day. Whether you are a frequent visitor to South Lake Tahoe or never have been, this is the time to go. I can't stop talking about it to my friends and then they asked me how I got the exclusive deal. I have been telling them about your website. I hope to see the edgewood on the exclusive deals again.

Absolutely incredible deal with VIP Travelers!! We went to the Biltmore in AZ for 5 days 4 nights. We thought the package was to good to be true, but it was exactly as described. It was amazing!!! VIP was so easy to book with and the customer service was fantastic!! I have told all my friends about it and will plan another trip using VIP as soon as I can. Thank you for a memorable trip!

We booked a trip to Grenada through VIP Traveler and stayed at the Spice Island Beach Resort. This entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The resort was 6 out of 5 stars. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not crowded. The food was exceptional. And the service was unmatchable. VIP Traveler did a great job arranging the transfers and making sure everything was lined up for a trip. They are very responsive to emails as well. Will definitely book through them again.

The Biltmore is an amazing place to stay - beautiful, luxurious, great service. VIP traveler built a package that included the best the Biltmore has to offer at a great price. This was a memorable stay.

The Arizona Biltmore was an incredible experience from start to finish. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and make it easy to relax the moment you arrive. I especially loved the mornings, sitting out on the deck with tea and enjoying the peaceful setting.
The golf was a highlight. Both the Estate and Links courses were in great shape and offered a fun and scenic round. The pools were also excellent, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere.
Food and drinks were a standout across the board. The Citrus Club was a favorite with great food, creative drinks, and a really enjoyable vibe. The rest of the resort dining options were consistently very good as well.
What really tied everything together was the staff. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and made the stay feel easy and enjoyable.
Overall, it is a beautiful property with great amenities, excellent golf, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely go back.
